How to Get a Refund or Exchange:
  • Time Limit: You have 7 days after you get your item to ask for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, in its original box, and still have its tags on it.
  • Receipt Needed: When you ask for a refund or exchange, include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: You’ll need to pay for the shipping to send the item back.
  • Quality Check: When we get your return, our team will check it. If everything is good, we’ll start your refund or exchange.
  • Refund Process: If approved, your refund will go back to the same payment method you used to buy the item. This might take about 6-7 business days.
  • For Exchanges: If you want to exchange something, first return the item, then place a new order for the item you want.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is broken or not working, please reach out to our customer service for a replacement or refund.
Items You Cannot Return:
  • Gold membership items.
  • Items that are personalized or custom-made, as well as items on sale.
Special Rules:
  • If you bought something in a “Buy One Get One Free” deal, you can’t return the individual items.
  • If you damage the product, you can’t return it.
  • Contact lenses must be unused and still in their sealed box to be returned.
